RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business and technical due diligence
- Market and industry research
- Competitive analysis
- Financial modeling
- Portfolio monitoring and reporting
- Other ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
- MBA or technical graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking or strategic consulting. Tech startup experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- High degree of personal and professional integrity
- Passion for helping startups
- An interest/understanding of software industry
- Firm belief of “software is eating the world”
